So there are three things you will never have to worry about when the truck turns up.
We won't take advantage of you
It is not enough that your car has called it quits and your day has been ruined. Some towing companies rub salt into the wound by quoting prices that make your eyes water, knowing your options are limited. You get an upfront quote and a fair price that gets you out of trouble without breaking the bank.
We won't make you wait
The last thing you want to do when you are waiting on the side of the road is sit on hold, or ring every towing company in the book trying to find an after hours service. Call this number at any hour and you will get a real person, not a message bank.
We won't damage your car
If your towing company damages your car then you would have been better off waiting on the side of the road. Your car does not just get you from A to B, it is part of who you are. It gets treated with care and consideration the whole way. If it is important to you it is important to us.
Half past eleven on a back road. Father’s Day afternoon out at Coolatai with one bar of reception. A roo through the front of the car two hours from home. Those are real callouts, and they are the reason the phone gets answered at any hour rather than going to a message bank until Monday.
You will speak to a person, you will be told roughly how long the truck will be, and somebody will actually turn up.

Low clearance, wide wheels and paint you cannot replace. Loaded slowly, strapped properly and delivered the way it left.
Inverell to Sydney, Newcastle and everywhere between. If your car cannot make the trip, it still goes home on the back of the truck.
Old, unregistered or written off vehicles cleared off the property and taken away.
Sort the tow first and settle up after. Nobody should be doing sums on the shoulder of the highway.
The whole vehicle goes up onto the tray and rides there. Nothing dragging on its own wheels, nothing scraping on the driveway lip, and no load through a bumper that is already in poor shape. It is the difference between arriving in the state you left in and arriving with a second problem to sort out.

The assistance from Kieran was like no other, by far the best service from a tow company we have ever received. We had hit a kangaroo and our vehicle was extremely damaged. We called Kieran at 11:30pm, he drove 2 hours to come and pick us up, then proceeded to drive us 30min to our hotel, his sense of humour enlightened our situation, he helped unload our tools and stock inside the hotel, he then had a 2hour drive to drop off our vehicle. The following day Kieran gave us a vehicle to drive back to home (6hr drive). A true champion I would recommend to all.
My partner's car broke down in Coolatai in a spot with very bad phone reception on Sunday afternoon on father's day. I was in Brisbane and started contacting a few businesses with no luck but Keiran answered and was able to help us as promptly as he could. In the meantime he also helped organising an accommodation and the mechanics to repair the car...
These guys are absolute legends! Taking going “above and beyond” to a whole new level... Communication and updates were constant and even had someone checking on my van while i was unable to be there!?!? Cannot stress enough how much attention to detail these boys provide with the only obligation being the kindness of their own hearts and moral compass.

Keiran has been towing around the New England since 2009, first out of Glen Innes and then Inverell. It is his name on the cab door, his licence number under it, and more often than not it is him on the other end of the phone at two in the morning.
That is the whole pitch, really. A small local operation that answers, turns up, and treats the car like it matters, because in a town this size you see the same people again at the shops the following week.

Ring. Do not fill in a form when you are standing on a road shoulder. The form is for quotes, bookings and anything that can wait until morning.
